1. Introduction
Welcome to Revosa. By accessing our website or booking a trip, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Booking & Payments
A 30% deposit is required to confirm any experience. Final payment is due 21 days before departure. All payments are securely processed in EUR or NOK.
3. Cancellation policy
• More than 30 days: full refund minus 5% admin fee.
• 15–30 days: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days: non‑refundable, but we’ll try to reschedule if possible.
4. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers weather delays and medical evacuation.
5. Liability
Revosa acts as an experience curator. While we vet all partners, we are not liable for incidents caused by third parties or natural forces (weather, strikes, etc.).
6. Changes to trips
If minimum group sizes aren’t met, we may offer an alternative date or full refund.
